Ground Floor Common Areas

Community Room – You can reserve this room for up to 4 hours for special events that take

place during normal leasing o ce hours.

Restrooms – There are two restrooms on the ground  oor for you or your guests.

Community room – Located at the south end of the room.•

Lobby – Located at the north end of the hall toward the door to the loading dock.•

Loading Dock – The loading dock is on the north side of the building.

Moving in or out – When you move in or out, please pull your vehicle all the way into •

the loading dock, close the door behind you, and use the large elevator.

The Ramona has carts available that you can borrow to make your moving easier.о
